Are you having trouble implementing the use of text to speech program(s) in your district?
Here is more information on a pilot study that was done in a Missouri school district and a list of what their outcomes were:

The following outcomes were realized for the twenty students that were in the pilot::
- 95% graduated on time (one completed a trade program)
- 85% improved academic achievement (evidenced through improved grades)
- 55% increased time in regular education and decreased time in special education
- 95% decreased reliance on human assistance (paraprofessionals or other teachers)
- 55% increased parent satisfaction (evidenced by unsolicited positive parental contact)
The pilot study has been refined to provide more training and support and is currently being expanded to other districts in Missouri.
